O.k. so today was a little choppy for my first attempt with the new strategy. Good news is I think I’ll be sitting pretty close to where I need to be for tommorrow morning to make a good run at it. I will remind myself to stick to the plan and see what happens. Exercising in the morning into the spike was a bad idea. Tommorrow I will exercise out of it. Also delaying noon bolus was also a bad idea.
