Today’s Numbers 8/19/12

O.k. so today was a little choppy for my first attempt with the new strategy.  Good news is I think I’ll be sitting pretty close to where I need to be for tommorrow morning to make a good run at it.  I will remind myself to stick to the plan and see what happens.  Exercising in the morning into the spike was a bad idea. Tommorrow I will exercise out of it.  Also delaying noon bolus was also a bad idea.

4:25 a.m. — 74 mgdl 15g/c  / 7:47a.m. — 46 mgdl 30 g/c 2 miles walking / 11:41a.m. — 88mgdl / 12:55 p.m. — 127 mgdl / 4:11 p.m. 198mgdl /7:59 83mgdl 4grams carb.
